Serving Paris

Chispa MagazineFashion designer Tex Saverio, who created Katniss Everdeen’s wedding gown in “Catching Fire,” dressed global fashion sensation Jessica Minh Anh at Paris Fashion Week this season.

International modeling sensation, Minh Anh sat front row at On Aura Tout Vu show in Tex Saverio’s golden haute couture dress. Described as the “Alexander McQueen of Indonesia, his dramatic intricately-designed ball gown with flower appliques and tulles layering complemented Minh Anh’s unique look. She wore another design by Tex Saverio on the first day of Paris Fashion week from his Exoskeleton collection. The A-Line structured black and metallic dress included laser cut panels and chain embellishments; modern yet very sophisticated and elegant.

“Tex Saverio presents such impeccable craftsmanship. His designs are intriguing, impressive, and youthful. He is no doubt one of the most innovative designers of our generation,” said Minh Anh.

Minh Anh herself was named leader of the new generation of creative entrepreneurs by a series of European press before making history atop One World Trade Center this past June. The model turned entrepreneur is planning to host yet another phenomenal catwalk in October 2014 and plans to invite Tex Saviario to open the show.
