Easy Cake Recipes-Chispa MagazineIt is time to bake some happiness. Baking can indeed be a therapeutic activity and more so if it is a cake that you are baking. Having a piece of a delicious cake is a mouth-watering experience. However, making a cake can be a hard task, especially if you are just starting out. It’s no surprise that so many people want to know all cake prices and buy the one that suits their budget. However, just because baking is an elaborate process, it should never be the cause of your enthusiasm being hampered. So here are a few simple and easy-to-make cake recipes.

Sponge Cakes:
These are some of the most straightforward and most fuss-free cakes to prepare. Get the batter right, and you can’t go wrong. Take 225g flour, 225g butter, at room temperature and caster sugar with four eggs and one teaspoon baking powder. Whisk the concoction and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C. Place them in the oven until they appear golden brown for 15-25 minutes.

Yummy Chocolate Cake:
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Grease and flour the pans. In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the eggs, milk, oil, vanilla, and mix for 2 minutes on medium speed of mixer. The batter should be thin. Empty the mixture uniformly into the greased pans. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until it is done thoroughly. Do a cake test by inserting a toothpick inside. If it comes out clean, your cake is made. Let it settle down in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

Fluffy Vanilla Cake:
Take 1 cup approximately 200 ml strained white flour, 1 cup of the same measurement of ground refined sugar, 3/4th to 1 cup white oil or melted butter, one teaspoon vanilla essence and 2 to 3 beaten eggs. Mix all these ingredients into a smooth mixture along with one teaspoon baking powder and bake it in a preheated oven. After 40 minutes, your delicious vanilla cake is ready for consumption.

Rainbow Cake:
This delightful and visually appealing cake is straightforward to make. In some ways, baking this cake is quite similar to baking the fluffy vanilla cake. One can skip the vanilla essence as well. After the batter is prepared, the mixture should be poured into six different bowls and food colors should be added accordingly. Now each batter with different colors is to be baked separately. On cooling the cake, the layers should then be placed one above the other with the help of white cream which is made by combining whipped cream and white butter or white chocolate and whipped cream. The rainbow cake is one of the most colorful cakes of all.

Be it an occasion, festival or just out of plain desire, bake and enjoy the taste of happiness.
