Go The Extra Mile For Your Customers

Your customers do a lot for you, you might not even realize it. They’re contacting your company, purchasing your products or services and giving you the lifestyle you’re now able to lead through owning your own company. So every now and then it would be nice to go the extra mile for your customers. It really doesn’t take much, and you’ll actually get a lot from it return. We’ve got some small things that you can do for your customers that will really help you go the extra mile for them, have a read on to find out more.

Your Office/Shop
If you have an office or a shop, you’ll most likely have customers coming in and out each day. But a lot of establishments are actually so dark and dingy, it can often be enough to put people off. You should be making their experience with you as good as possible. So, make the place a little more homely, brighten it up and make sure they’re as comfy as possible with you during their stay. For one, you could think about having walkway canopy coming into your shop or office. Small and inadequate you may think, but is it really. It gives them shelter as they’re coming into your shop, and they actually look really good as well. They help to give the store or office a bigger status as it exaggerates the opening to your store. If you’ve got an office, make sure you’ve got a nice area for them to sit. Some sofas, magazines, a vending machine.. Whatever it may be that you might think would make the office comfier, do it!

Loyalty Rewards
This is one of the best things you can do. It’ll keep them coming back, and keep them interested in the store. Plus, not a lot of companies actually do this. You only really find that the bigger brands seem to do it. All you have to do is set up some sort of loyalty card. The more they spend, the more they get back. It could be some money off a product at the end of the month, a free product, whatever it is you think they deserve, you should give them. If you’ve got customers coming into your store spending thousands, it won’t really put you out of pocket much to do something like that.

Let Their Voices Be Heard
The worst thing a company can do is ignore what their customers are asking of them, yet so many companies actually do this. You’ll see reviews all over the internet of the products or services you sell, and not all of them will be good. If you want to go the extra mile for them, make the changes that they’re asking for. If it is just the odd random comment, then it is probably not the best idea to waste your time changing. But if you’re having masses of comments that are saying the same thing, it’s best to change it sooner rather than later. It might also be worth sending round a survey asking what they think they would like to be different about your company and the way things are sold in general.
