A legal writer produces a lot of content to be published by the legal industry. This may involve everything from newsletters to magazines and web content to marketing materials. There are many different positions available. These include corporate writers and legal analysts, to brief writers and news analysts. Writers who have a law degree obviously have an advantage, but it is not a requirement to become a legal writer. You will, however, need to have an in-depth knowledge of the law and all the technicalities. Legal writers can work in law firms, publishing houses, corporations, and PR firms.
