Of course, you have both a moral and a legal responsibility to look after your employees to a certain degree. With that in mind, make sure that the office is as safe and secure as possible. If you feel it is necessary, then consider hiring a security team to take care of this side of things for you. A protected workforce is a happy one, and therefore a productive one.
